Puckboard digitizes processes for the Air Force—a 4-year-old product with no design system where everything was hardcoded inline. I led design of the UI Kit and governance, collaborating with three developers on tokens, Storybook, and MUI implementation. The result: 20k lines of CSS removed, 396 icons consolidated, 284 legacy components replaced, and a new color system with 121 variables.
